CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, AND RETURN POLICY

At YR Scents, we care about the integrity of every product. Therefore, our policies are designed to guarantee quality, hygiene, and a fair experience for all our customers.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges and Returns

Because these are personal care products (perfumes, oils, sprays, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

Exceptions

Claims will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.

Refunds

If a refund is applicable:

• It will be processed to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
